Our Story
Buri started from a love of matcha and a love for crafting and sharing delicious drinks. The name comes from Buri Al-Daraysa in Khartoum, Sudan, and is also inspired by the Japanese phrase “hisashiburi,” meaning “long time no see.” We created Buri to bring unique, specialty drinks to the DFW area while building connection and community. We want each pop-up to feel thoughtful, welcoming, and worth coming back to.
